This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the AI-EIS user platform and the AnalyZis EIS data analysis software (hereinafter "our services"). By registering an account or using our services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

We do not collect any personal information beyond what is listed above. We do not collect your biometric, financial, or location information, and we do not track you across third-party websites.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide account management, software download, activation, and data services;
- To send verification codes required for registration and login;
- To notify you of software updates and security alerts;
- With your consent, to send you product updates and technical information. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe instructions in each email or by contacting us.
3. Disclosure and Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. The only external processing we rely on is the SMS service provider, which receives your phone number solely for delivering verification codes, as instructed by us. We do not share your personal information with any other third party except with your separate consent or where required by law.
4. Storage and Retention
Your personal information is stored on servers located within mainland China. We retain your information for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your account information, activation codes, uploaded measurement data, and download records are permanently deleted.
5. How We Protect Your Information
- Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes and are never readable in plain text;
- All access is transmitted over HTTPS encryption;
- Rate limiting and verification mechanisms protect against abuse and automated attacks;
- Access to user data is restricted to authorized administrators on a need-to-know basis.
6. Your Rights
- Access and correct: You may view and update your username, phone number, and email in Account Settings at any time;
- Delete: You may delete your account from Account Settings. Deletion permanently removes your account information, activation codes, uploaded measurement data, and download records;
- Withdraw consent / opt out: You may opt out of marketing communications at any time; if you withdraw the consent necessary for our core services, we may no longer be able to provide those services to you;

7. Minors
Our services are intended for professional and research users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through prominent notices on our website or via the contact information you provided. The updated version takes effect on the date stated above.
